Book a private sauna for up to 10 people. This is a self-service sauna. When payment is received you will be emailed confirmation of your booking along with an access code and instructions.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER THE SAUNA YOU HAVE BOOKED BY NAME either BALDER or BRAGI (Oslo saunas) or FREYA (Moss)

    • There is a changing room in the sauna where you can store your belongings.
    • Firewood is provided.
    • The sauna will be at around 20 degrees when you arrive (if no one has been there before you). It will take about 15-20 minutes to get the sauna temperature up to 80 degrees.
    • Please be considerate of the next customers and end your session with enough time to get changed and tidy up before the next group arrives.
    • Please be mindful this is a public sauna, and we expect ALL patrons to be respectful of other users. Neither oils nor music should interrupt others.
    • Please take away all rubbish with you.
    • Bring your own swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one to dry yourself with) and plenty of drinking water. You can not find toilets or showers there.
    • We allow alcohol but maximum three drinks per person. Please do not take food into the sauna; you can eat food in the changing room but please be tidy and take your rubbish away with you.
    • All users must have valid booking because every misuse will result in ban and also we might take other actions.

Sauna is available to book 7 days a week between 6am and 9.30pm. Our sauna is self-service meaning you will light the fire on arrival. We have heaters installed in our sauna so the sauna will be at room temperature (20 degrees) on arrival. This means it will only take around 15 minutes to warm up! Ready to embrace your inner Viking?!
