SUP Rental in Oslo
Our stand up paddle board rental is conveniently located in Tjuvholmen, central Oslo. It is easily accessible by foot or public transport. From Tjuvholmen you can explore the canals in-between the Astrup Fearnley museum, paddle out to Hovedøya (Oslo’s closest island), or just lay back, relax, and look up at the clouds while listening to calming sounds of the Oslo Fjord. You do not need any prior paddle boarding experience to rent a SUP from us, but if you want to paddle out into the open water or across to the Oslo islands, then we recommend you either have prior experience or a good level of fitness – if you do not have either, then please stay close to shore and only paddle around the Tjuvholmen waterfront area.

Stand Up Paddle Board Rental Rules with Mad Goats
You do NOT need any experience to rent a SUP board from us. If it is your first time hiring a SUP board in Oslo, then we can recommend you start on your knees in the beginning, which is much more stable. If you are renting with kids, you can have the child on the same paddle board as the adult. Make sure to use the life jackets, paddles and fins for your paddle board. Everything is provided by us. Wear sunscreen, bring water, and watch out for boat traffic. SUP rental in Oslo has never been easier – “catch you on the water”
