For all river users, we highly recommend doing a course with Rescue 3 Norge. These are internationally-recognised river safety courses taught by very experienced instructors and who we go to for our own staff training.

Floating community saunas run by our partner non-profit organisation. Fjord CleanUP. Drop-in or memberships are available. Open 7 days a week, no need to book. Based in Bispevika right next to the Munch Museum and our kayak raft, saunas are a great healthy and sociable experience – and perfect after paddling 🙂
