Public & Private Floating Saunas on Oslo Fjord

The reason for this is residents in Tjuvholmen have complained about our operation, resulting in Plan Og Bygg (PBE) closing us down until proper dispensation permits are granted. We are Oslo’s first and only *alcohol-free floating saunas, as we pride ourselves as being a company that is truly committed to health, relaxation and wellness – we do sell Kombucha and Coconut water in the reception, but encourage you to bring your own water bottle that you can fill up from our water containers for free! Our saunas are staffed during open hours by our friendly and professional sauna masters who are all trained life guards. They will be there to make sure you are safe, happy and that the saunas are kept nice and hot – as a sauna should be! Soon, Mad Goats will become Oslo’s first fully electric floating saunas which we are very excited about as it is in line with our environmental values.
Tjuvholmen as a central waterfront district, not only has the cleanest swimming water (helped by the fact we have planted a seaweed forest underneath our saunas together with Fjord CleanUP) and the best views out to the fjord, it is also a very safe area, and is not as crowded as other central waterside locales in Oslo. This creates an quieter, safer, and more relaxing sauna and swimming experience on the wonderful Oslofjord.
